Dear NUML,
I would sugggest to create a batch template via the GUI that contains model specification, model estimation, optionally also contrast manager and results report. You would fill in all things that do not change for different onsets (e.g. scans, sessions, condition names) and leave the onsets unfilled. You can also use multiple conditions .mat files - right click on the Multiple Conditions option and select "Clear Value". In your template, everything but the conditon details should finally be filled in or connected via dependencies. Then, use "File->Save batch and Script" in the batch editor. You may also want to include a "Make directory" at the top of your batch and create a separate analysis folder for each of your models.
This will create a short MATLAB script, where you have to specify the missing inputs using standard MATLAB syntax. If you are specifying files, these must be cellstrings, not strings or character arrays. Once you have entered all you variable input there, you can run the script and all models should be evaluated.
Hope this helps,
Volkmar
