Hi there,
I have run the preprocessing on my data (realign, coreg, slice timing, normalized, smooth-checked and verified at each step), then the first level analysis (contrast between 2 conditions, 1-1), then entered the con files into a second level analysis and ran a one sample t-test. I entered the contrast (1) for the second level and get the entire brain activated with really high t values (3 clusters, t = 60-even when FWE .001 and cluster threshold).
We can't figure out why this is...any ideas?
Thanks!
