Wanted: examples of hands-on statistics demos
Do you have a brilliant example of a hands-on demo of statistics or probability that you would be willing to share?
At careers fairs, science festivals and in other public venues, people use games, activities, exhibits and other interactive elements to engage young people, families or adults with statistical concepts and ideas.
The Education Committee of the Royal Statistical Society is seeking examples of these, especially those that contributors are willing to share on a by-request basis with others wanting to stage the same activity.
Please contact me with details.
With best wishes
Scott
