My response was aimed at you Katie as I was intrigued by your request. In terms of the solution if you have a look at the Jisc Archives you will probably find what you are looking for. I started a new role not long after I finished my specialist programme and had to start from scratch. I wrote my own policies using the information I found on line and from my previous experience as well as from what I had learnt on the degree programme. By writing your own or adapting one you have previously used you can use the experience to write up in your portfolio and use it as evidence for the NMC when you come to revalidate. Another top tip you might find useful is to keep copies of everything you produce electronically so when you change jobs in the future you can take them with you so you don't have to reinvent the wheel and saving you time.
Kind regards
Jeremy
