Dear all,I hope you can help me with these two questions. I work as a research fellow at Lancaster University ina project funded by TheNational Institute for Health Research Collaboration for applied healthresearch and care for the North West Coast (NIHR CLAHRC NWC), in these rolesI provide qualitative methodological support and advice on health inequalities to ensure all our activities have the potential to reducing health inequalities. (1) Some of the partner members are very interestedin the potential of peer-interviewing to boost their public involvement strategies. Can anyone recommend training courses in the UK, preferably in the North ofEngland?(2) Also, I am in need of documents discussing whetherthe potencyof allopathic medicine, especially pharmacological substances, may be affectedby the ‘weakness of the body’ resulting from stress and poverty. In other words, do we know in whichcircumstances some drugs work and forwhom? Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
Ana
