PS If I remember correctly, connections can be drawn on top of each other by this script, which means you don't seem them all. So make sure you also look inside the DCM.Ep.A and DCM.Ep.B matrices yourself in addition to using this.

Peter

Hi Adnan,
Not really, however I wrote a script to do this, which is attached. To use it, first unzip all the files somewhere convenient on the Matlab path. Then load a DCM into the Matlab workspace. To view the A-matrix type:
figure;spm_dcm_render(DCM, 'A')
And to view the second B-matrix type:
figure;spm_dcm_render(DCM, 'B',2)
See the source code to change the significance threshold.
Best,
Peter

Subject: [SPM] DCM graphs
Hi all,
Can DCM-SPM generate a connectivity figure, like in any DCM model in any DCM paper, showing the specification of the connection between regions, and the input? IF so how please? I found it easier if I could review a generated DCM file by a figure by SPM showing what I specified as opposed to look for the matrices.
Regards,
Adnan
