I am interested in whether anyone is using One Note in a public sector organisation.
If you are I'd like to know how you manage the records (Notebooks) it creates. For instance how do you apply retention / search for information under FOI or DPA and what guidance do you give to people using it?
One Note comes with Office 2013 for Windows 8 and we are considering how to manage it's use to comply with DPA and FOI (including the records management code).
