The build service is probably just ignoring the results from rpmbuild - rpaths are acceptable for private libraries and a few other things, so OBS wouldn't know if an rpath is acceptable or not for a given package.
Off the top of my head I think if you set an environment variable (NO_BRP_CHECK_RPATH=true) it'll skip the rpath checks.
