Yes, you can make a list of all your registered files (full paths) then use that list as the input into the command-line version of melodic:
melodic -i all_files_n123.txt -o concat_20dim_123runs_new.ica -v --nobet --tr=2 --report --guireport=report.html -d 20 --mmthresh=0.5 --Ostats -a concat
