Dear experts,
I have a cohort of patients with brain tumours and I am interesting in the hierarchical organisation of functional independent components in peri-tumoural brain. Due to the heterogeneity of the tumours, I plan on doing this on a single subject basis. I have used FSLNets but when I do nets_hierarchy I get this error:
nets_hierarchy(netmats1,netmats2,ts.DD,group_maps);
Reference to a cleared variable y
Error in nets_hierarchy (line 50)
yyRSN=linkage(y,’ward’);
Does anyone have advice whether this can be fixed for single subjects and how to do it? The error appears to be because my netmats output is a single vector which isn’t compatible with the method of calculating y. I’m not 100% sure how y is calculated in the first instance so I’m struggling to fix it. I wonder if the output of netmats could be wrapped back into a standard ICxIC matrix somehow then one could use this to get y from the pdist function to feed into linkage? This issue also prevents me from using the neat nets_netweb visualisation too.
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best wishes,
