sorry that should have read
however, you will have to be careful that you don’t both save at the same time…

I should add that in my case the synchronisation device was me, I can’t save the project in 2 places at once

Hello,
If two people are working simultaneously on a project then this is a recipe for disaster. The project is stored in files, and there is no clever synchronisation going on. If we had instead used proper databases then we could have thought to allow this, but that is a pretty difficult exercise (including deciding the granularity of what should be locked when you want to make changes). If instead you want to alternate working on the project then that is ok (and what Gary says is sensible).

Hi
I have used drop box or you could use git (there is a script for this on the ccpn site) however, you will have to be careful that you don’t both exit at the same time…
In the case of git you would most probably just share the ccpn project not the binary spectrum files

Hi everyone, we are two working on the same protein, we want to share
the CCPNMR project.
Is there any easy way to synchronise our modifications.
Thank you
Best wishes
