Hello everyone,
I am currently in the process of writing a paper on commensal species in England and Portugal, with special focus on London and Southampton in England, and Lisbon and Beja in Portugal between the 5th and 18th centuries.
Unfortunately while it has been relatively easy to collect studies from the English sites, the two Portuguese sites have proven harder to find online and though i have been able to collect a number of them i am still in need of more.
Any zooarchaeological studies that reference this sites, as well as excavation reports, would be of great help in finishing this study and would be greatly appreciated. The papers can be in English, Portuguese or Spanish as i am fluent in all three languages.
A copy of the following paper would also be of great help.
Bar-Yosef, O. and E. Tchernov
1966 Archaeological finds and the fossil faunas of the Natufian and microlithic industries at Hayonim Cave (Western Galilee, Israel). Israel Journal of Zoology 15:121-140.
Thank you,
Pedro Silva
