Hi Rob,

Our new article on mechanisms has a novel way of visualising CMO configurations; it doesn't have the fun aspect you were searching for but may be illuminating and understandable for an audience unfamiliar with Realist methods...

Good luck with the presentation!

Best wishes,

Sonia

Hi Everyone,

I am preparing an overview presentation of Realist Evaluation for an audience of programme managers and senior staff working in the field of ‘public engagement with science’ and who are interested in relevant evaluation methods.

I wonder if any of you have any cartoons, or simple illustrations/images that are fun and illuminating that you have found helpful in conveying the distinctiveness of realist evaluation and that you wouldn’t mind sharing.

A certain dry humour seems to permeate the RE community and was in evidence in some of the conversations at last years CARES conference in Liverpool, so I am thinking that some folks likely have some of this sort of material tucked away somewhere?

Many thanks in advance

Rob Vincent
