Apologies for silence. I became confused by Easter.
I am not sure of any of any of these statements, Doug; and who they are...
well, think of them as samples. Some people making sound art like their
quotes attributable. I remember - via a shaky memory - seeing Barry Truax a
few years ago with all his samples listed in a spreadsheet. Others think
"that sounds good" and use it. I am more of the latter persuasion.
I thank you for the analytical observation. Yes. It's just that I am not
trying to theorise or analyse myself anywhere!
And yes I missed the word glass.
& I cut and pasted that; so I've been back to my master file and corrected
it before I forget what I meant.
I think that only is this an unfiinshed drawing by design but also
unfinished in itself
