Hello All,
Six months ago I sent around a request for participation in a study that aimed to investigate how negative online communications affect employees - which some of you were kind enough to respond to.
If you participated in that study, we would like to offer our sincere thanks. We would also encourage you to fill in a (shorter) follow up survey as this enables us to obtain information on how negative technological behaviour (such as nasty emails) affects people over time. The survey will involve questions on negative technological experiences, job satisfaction, health and work engagement.
The study itself has been ethically approved by the Sheffield University Management School ethics committee. All responses are anonymous and strictly confidential. You are also free to withdraw from the study at any time by closing the web page. To participate in the study click on the link below:

The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. The information we gather will be used alongside current research evidence to provide guidelines for limiting the damage done to employees by negative technological behaviour.
As an incentive all individuals who participate will be eligible to receive a feedback report on the study. If you would like a copy please email me at [log in to unmask]
Thank you for your time.
