I think adding a few links might be useful
http://creativecommons.org/choose/ - handy for doing the attribution for
people (unless Mahara does this?)
http://openattribute.com/ - provides some tools to help people attribute
easily (full disclosure, I helped with this)
Lots of good OER searching places around (vimeo, flickr, soundcloud - to
name a few)
Not sure it is obvious about licensing other's work, but I am not sure
if mahara does "unless otherwise stated" thing?
