Hello,
We are using FSL 5.0.8 and this question is in reference to fslview 3.2.0.
We have had fsl running on afs servers. We recently upgraded to Red Hat
Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago), 2.6.32-504.3.3.el6.x86_64.
FSLview no longer works reliably on all machines. Running on a remote
server fails to start approx 90% of the time with a segmentation fault:
line 6: 20159 Segmentation fault (core dumped)
${FSLDIR}/bin/fslview_bin $@
Running fc-cache does not stop the error.
Installing fsl locally on this server does not stop the error.
Other systems do not seem to have the same problem.
Has anyone else experienced this problem after upgrading to 6.6?
Thank you
