The first 2015 issue of 'Journal of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law' is now available.
As well as news, case reports, book reviews and the index for 2014, there are articles on:
. Reception conditions for asylum seekers in the EU
. The role of interim measures in the European Court of Human Rights
. Mental illness and immigration detention
The journal is available via Westlaw or by individual subscription (http://www.bloomsburyprofessional.com/uk/journal/journal-of-immigration-asylum-and-nationality-law/) .
The journal, which is peer reviewed and is the official journal of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (the professional association of immigration lawyers in the UK), is published four times a year and aims to provide articles which are of interest to academic, legal practitioners and those working in NGOs and international bodies. The editorial board is always interested in receiving submissions or proposals for articles in its areas of interest.
