I'm having a recurring issue with randomise (v2.9) output images not having a complete header (see below). I saw this issue mentioned on the forums before, but I can't find the solution:

Is this a bug in randomise? As a workaround, I'm using fslcpgeom to copy the header/dimension information from another image to make the randomise output display correctly in other programs (e.g., MRIcroN).
