It's very useful for Disability Rights UK to hear HEIs thoughts on bursaries, vouchers and generally how they will be promoting information for prospective students on what they regard as reasonable adjustments in the light of changes to DSAs.
In response to the earlier question about possible alternative sources of funding, the DR UK factsheet 'Funding from charitable trusts' might be helpful. The factsheet could do with specific updating with regard to the £200 contribution etc. but it's definitely a starting point. Any ideas about other trusts and foundations that could be added gratefully received.

We're planning on providing the £200 on a means-tested basis, Ian. That test being that students from households with an income lower than £42,000 pa will get it and those that don't wont.
I think one of the issues HEIs face is that co-ordinating institutional responses to these developments involves a number of different departments, e.g. Registry, IT Services, so in many cases universities are still sorting out how all this is going to work.
In response to your wider point about a wiki page, I'd envisage this going on to the DSA-QAG compiled document. Personally, I plan to put a new page on our website for prospective students and needs assessors which explains what reasonable adjustments our university does and does not provide, as well as our plans for 2015/16 in the wake of the DSA changes. Now if only I could make sure needs assessors actually read it before making their recommendations....
