We have a paid subscription, which indeed is IP only. It's not something we actually pay for (the department does) and we haven't had many complaints about not being able to access it off-campus. It's interesting to learn that username/password access is available though; I think I shall have to investigate that!

Subject: [lis-e-resources] isurv access
We've had free access to isurv for a number of years, as part of a consortium of London universities. Previously a username and password was used, now we've been told that free access is via IP address only. Despite providing our IP range we've been unable to access any content on isurv. Has any other university experienced this or have you opted for a paid membership subscription package?
