Most likely an issue with the way the system is "blocked" on disk. Analysis's contouring algorithm performs best when the block sizes are not too large for the indirect dimensions. How you set the block sizes in your processed data will depend on how you are generating the file, but block sizes of 128 in the acquisition dimension and 8 in the indirect dimensions seem to give good performance for typical 3D datasets.

Subject: CCH window freezes the system
Dear All,
I have faced quite a weird problem. I have a ucsf CCH-tocsy spectrum in my project, which I can easily manipulate with at HCC window for example. But when I try to open it at CCH (H along Z axis) 3D window, the program is getting extremely slow, processing of each navigation click takes 5 minutes, command line says that it start generating output blablabla. Contour level is normal, only one plane along z axis is being monitored.
If you have any idea what could cause such problem, I would be very thankful for your help.
Cheers,
Fedir Bokhovchuk
