Dear Chaleece,
looking at the code of the ArtRepair toolbox, it seems it requires only
minor modifications in order to run in SPM12: most of its functions
start with a line:
if (strcmp(spmv,'SPM5') | strcmp(spmv,'SPM8b') | strcmp(spmv,'SPM8') )
and you just need to replace 'SPM8b' with 'SPM12' in all the files where
it appears.
You can do this automatically on Linux with:
cd ArtRepair
sed -i 's/SPM8b/SPM12/g' *.m
Hopefully this is the only required modification - please report if you
observe other problems.
Best regards,
Guillaume.

I normally use the Artrepair toolbox to correct for motion, since I work with patients who tend to move, but I see that it is not available for SPM12 yet. Is there something I can use for SPM12 that will do the same thing?
