This would be a great opportunity for an experienced and/or post-doctoral researcher to conduct new research in a region where the evidence base remains very thin, contributing to the capacity of the sector to navigate a rapidly changing environment. The post-holder will be joining a lively research community and will be associated with the Social Work and Social Policy group at the Institute for Research in the Social Sciences, judged to be in the top third in the UK for outputs and impact in the 2014 REF.
