Dear All,
Has anyone had to undertake a scanning project to bulk scan paper records, particularly invoices or set up an on-going scanning project? If you have, I would really appreciate hearing about your experience, anything said will of course remain confidential.
If you have, did you use an external company or do this in-house?
What kind of checks did you have to perform on the system used for storage? I have read BS 10008 but it would be useful to hear more about its application from a practical side.
Any examples anyone can provide would be really useful.
