Hello,
I have been using the "find_the_biggest" command to create segmented maps of the parietal lobe in the brain using data from the Human Connectome database.
I've used the same seed ROI for all subjects (and same processing steps), but for some reason am receiving only partial maps for 4 of the 40 subjects (as though the parietal lobe seed ROI was partially cut off). I tried re-running all FDT steps for those 4 subjects to make sure each process completed properly, but the results are still not correct (the top of the parietal lobe map is cut off/not present).
Here is an example of my probtrackx script:
probtrackx2 -x Parietal_Lobe_MNI1_2mm_thrP50.nii.gz -l -c 0.2 -S 2000 --steplength=0.5 -P 5000 --fibthresh=0.01 --distthresh=0.0 --sampvox=0.0 --xfm=/Subject_123117_v2.bedpostX/xfms/standard2diff.mat --forcedir --opd -s /Subject_123117_v2.bedpostX/merged -m /Subject_123117_v2.bedpostX/nodif_brain_mask --dir=/Subject_123117_v2/SeedstoTarget_Analysis/ParietalLobe --os2t --s2tastext --omatrix1 --targetmasks=/MaskLists/MaskList_dDMN_6ROIs.txt

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Sam
