Dear Guillaume,
The solution you suggested worked perfectly.
Thank you.

Subject: Re: [SPM] Anatomy Toolbox and MATLAB 2014b
Dear Rajat,
does it help if, in the Anatomy Toolbox directory, you remove copies of
SPM functions (present there for compatibility with older SPM versions)?
spm_get_data.m
spm_input_ui.m
spm_justify.m
spm_list_files_expand.m
spm_matlab_version_chk.m
spm_platform.m
spm_select.m
You will then have to either replace all occurrences of calls to
spm_input_ui (in se_anatomy.m, se_createROI.m, se_TabList.m,
se_visualiseCentre.m) with calls to spm_input, or make a copy of
spm12/spm_input.m that you rename spm_input_ui.m.
It is possible that there are other changes to make; for example, in
se_createROI.m, you'll have to edit the code so that it reads:
case {'SPM8','SPM12'}
at lines 35 and 99.
Let us know if you come across other issues so that we can document them
here.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
