I would say we are the primary OER list (I would post here first, I feel
the OKFN list is more data with education, whereas here is education)
and I am guessing the open ed sig is a sub set of people who also use
this list.
Why is it important? Well, topologically, bar conferences (and what 7-8
UK at OpenEd, same number at OCW) it is the only place (a den
apparently) where we all are. Given the lack of a space/ first port of
call/ bolt hole in a storm to point people at, I think this list has
become it. Ponders, perhaps we are a den of equity...
