Therona your client can try either a Gold touch or a Fujitsu split keyboard. They will adjust to an angle of about 30 degrees which may be sufficient to reduce the strain of full pronation with a standard keyboard. Many suppliers offer two weeks trial or return so if she wasn't happy there would be a refund. I have put in a link to the range on keytools

There is also the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard which doesn't actually split but it is contoured to relieve full supination. Plenty of choice. She just needs to google split keyborads. If you want any advice you can contact me on [log in to unmask]
I would say a voice activated software takes 2-3 weeks to get up to speed and cost £795 for a 3 x 1/2 day training required
