Hi Alison
I would be more than happy to have a discussion with you about the service in Somerset which we commission with RVS (Royal Voluntary Society) could you let me know your availability next week and I can confirm when I have a free slot to chat with you about this.

Subject: Home Library Service
Dear All
I work for Solihull Libraries and I am interested in speaking to an authority that in the past couple of years have set up a volunteer run Home Library service. This may involve working in partnership with another organisation. I am interested in the process you went through to set up a service and the amount of time spent by staff on running the service.
Many Thanks
