Hi Everyone,
I would like to analyze my resting-state data by comparing average time courses in one region versus a second region. I thought the best way to do this would be to use FEAT, but am receiving the following errors in the Progress Report/Log:
----------------------------------------------
Feat main script
child killed: kill signal
while executing
"if { [ catch {
for { set argindex 1 } { $argindex < $argc } { incr argindex 1 } {
switch -- [ lindex $argv $argindex ] {
-I {
incr arginde..."
(file "/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat" line 310)
-init
child killed: kill signal
/bin/cp /tmp/feat_OujQ67.fsf design.fsf
/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat_model design
mkdir .files;cp /usr/local/fsl/doc/fsl.css .files;ln -s /usr/local/fsl/doc/images .files/images
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fsl_sub -T 10 -l logs -N feat0_init /usr/local/fsl/bin/feat /home/fsl/Desktop/Subject1/Resting_State.feat/design.fsf -D /home/fsl/Desktop/Subject1/Resting_State.feat -I 1 -init
FATAL ERROR ENCOUNTERED
-----------------------------------------------
I am wondering if this has to do with how I defined the GLM. Since this was a resting-state scan, I only included one large rest block that lasts the length of the scan (instead of dividing it into active and rest blocks). E.g.:
Skip (s): 0
Off (s): 864 (calculated from 1200 volumes @ TR=0.72)
On (s): 0
Phase (s): 0
Stop after (s): 0
Is there anything wrong with this method? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help!
Sam
