Hi 

Same here. But when during the year someone wants to do more or less (e.g SD to 90 credit or vv) then we just transfer within the centre. MIS will transfer the course/aim from one to the other as well. Goodness knows what that means for funding and thank goodness that is not my problem

Hi Manjit,

We normally claim their existing qualification and then top them up to the higher qualification.  At that stage they should also be enrolled on the higher qualification, so we can record the new achievement.  However, most of our top ups are done in the first term i.e. they would have achieved the Sub Dip in 13/14 and then enrolled for the Ext Dip in 14/15, so we do top ups at the same time as our new registrations.

Do you claim the existing qualification they are enrolled on and record the achievement?

Then Top them up to what they have achieved and claim it?
