Here is the MTF of Falcon 2 at 200 kV which we have examined by ourselves. I am not sure this is OK for Relion but just give it try since there is no one responding this post and I bet there is not many people start using Falcon2 on 200 kV microscope. I have prepared this for my colleague but he have not yet tried with RELION. I hope it will help you to process your data.
