Hardcore Jewellery is a new record label, focusing on experimental forms of electronic music, electroacoustic music, visual music and experimental film.
Optical Research is a 2xDVD (1x PAL DVD video disc; 1x Data DVD with HD files) set of video art, showcasing work from a variety of composers on the international visual music / experimental film / computer music scene. The compilation features 90 minutes of short-films ranging from psychedelic abstract cinema to cold digital geometric mind-trips, glitch and hardcore data visualisations. The works included have been screened at film festivals and concerts all over the world and won various awards. They are presented here on DVD for the first time.
