Dear FSL users,
I have constructed a series of group-averaged T1 templates based on my own data and tried to use FAST to segment these templates using command: fast -g -B -b -o segmentation -p template. The program works well in segmenting some templates, but for a few templates following error information occurs: Exception: Not enough classes detected to init KMeans.
I uses the same tool and command to construct these templates and some of resulting images could be segmented sucessfully while some other failed. I am wondering how this error occurs. Does anyone have any ideas for what i can do to solve this?
Thanks so much for your help!
Best,
Dong Haoming
