Hello,
The National Museum of Scotland has started a project to create ten
new Science & Technology and Art & Design Galleries which will open
in 2016. We're looking for contractors to create the software for 16
different
interactive exhibits.
We'll need a wide range of exhibits including exciting games, data driven
information
exhibits, large scale projections, a full body interaction exhibit and a
full size
Formula One car simulation!
We've tried to make the appointment process as simple as possible. We've
divided the
exhibits into 4 packages, each package has a fixed budget ranging from
around £65-85k.
The first stage is for companies to fill in a Pre Qualification
Questionnaire.
The companies which score the best on the PQQ will be invited to pitch for
one or more packages.
Each pitch will have only three companies so if you get this far, you stand
a good chance of winning.
As the budgets are fixed we'll be judging the pitches purely on creative
grounds.
We think we've got a great set of exhibit briefs and we're looking for some
fantastic creative people
to make them happen. Please fill in the PQQ, there are only four scored
questions so it won't take long.
The deadline is 21st January 2015.
