I followed the instruction and used this command.
"randomise -i <4D_input_data> -o <output_rootname> -d <design.mat> -t <design.con> -m <mask_image> -n 500 -T -D"
It successfully shows the clusters in all brain. However, I would like to know the significant clusters in my five ROIs only (e.g., superior longitudinal fasciculus, inferior fronto-occipital)
1. How can I get the significant clusters in my ROIs? How to visualize them?
2. How to report cluster results (size, maxima, locations, labels) ?
I look at the website below but could not find the information for one group analysis.

I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly help me with this analysis.
