dear FSL experts,
I did DTI analysis using FSL and Freesurfer and I calculated the white matter volume using masks generated from the T1 segmentation in Freesurfer. I noticed that there is a difference in the statistics regarding the white matter volume between FSL and Freesurfer. I asked Freesurfer group about that they said it is related to a volume partial correction algorithms included in Freesurfer.
My question is how can I do partial volume correction in FSL (i.e for example if I want to calculate the right hemispheric white matter volume using a mask generated from the T1 segmentation in Freesurfer. In order to do partial volume correction in FSL what I supposed to do following this command line fslstats -i dti_FA.nii -k <right hemispheric white matter mask> - V)
Thanks
