Customer Services Assistant
Location - Bermondsey, London
Salary : £21,108 p.a. rising to £21,674 p.a.
Closing Date - Wednesday 10th December 2014
Interview Date - Wednesday 17th December 2014
1.Retrieving, issuing, tracking and returning deeds, files and archives borrowed by customers
2.Receiving, checking, accessioning and depositing archives, records and deeds
3.Contributing ideas, suggestions and experience in the pursuit of increasing the efficiency of processes and/or improving the customer experience. Actively liaising with customers to seek feedback about the CERC service
•Experience of a customer focussed work environment and working as a member of a team
•Organised, tidy and methodical in day to day duties
•Good PC and IT Knowledge (particulary information management) - Minimal support required
