know Patten's projectionists nightmare?
I forget what it was called in the working file. I have been tinkering with
it these last few days but had to open it again to find the title! That was
"untitled"; and I was dissatisfied. Then I remembered still life, which is
where I started this bout of writing / rewriting maybe 18 months ago
