Define "weird" ?
Just guessing that the lower screenshot, where the slice seems to end
worries you, here may be an explanation: from the screenshots you
attached, your field of view only covered parts of the brain in an
angulated fashion. However, you are looking at the resulting volume in
world space (see the little button on the lower right): do the images in
general, and the lower one in particular, look less weird to you if you
switch to voxel space there?
