Thank you so much for your response. I tried what you suggested, but I think because most all of the lesion image is made up of 0's, the inverted image comes out as a box of 1's with lesions as 0's (see attached). Might you have any other suggestions for how to create an inverted mask? Or perhaps a way to deal with NaN's that exist from a mask made primarily in FSL (from my initial e-mail)?
