If there is a previous test within the last 3 years the algorithm built in to the software/equipment will look to see if there is a category 4 hearing loss.

If there is no previous test, dated within the last 3 years, then you will see 4-no data  i.e.  the required data, to establish whether the hearing loss is category 4 (rapid), is not available.

Hi Wendy

I am one of the area manager's for Amplivox Ltd.  I can confirm that the B means both ears i.e. category 2 in both ears.  You may also see for example 2L or 2R (2 in the left or 2 in the right).
