Colleagues: Anil tells me there are still vacancies on this course, and hopes that you will be able to come
It isn't just about language - although that matters too, getting the right approach is vital, and then you can add a language interpreter to make sure the words are right!
Anil is a great advocate for better practice!

Please find attached a Draft Programme and a Registration Form for our 6th Cross Cultural Communication Skills Training Day on Friday, 5th December 2014 at The Nightingale Centre and Genesis Prevention Centre, Wythenshawe Hospital.
The attendees will get RCR 6 Category 1 CPD points. In the morning we will have short lectures and group work followed by video recorded role plays in the afternoon using patients, carers and lay people. Multidisciplinary health care professionals from all over England have attended our previous courses. We have received very good feedback and I am sure delegates will find 5th December Programme equally engaging and useful.
Could colleagues interested in attending the course please register as soon as possible by sending their completed Registration Form to Saima Rashid at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]><mailto:[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>>
