Dear Andrew,
I’ve had a look at these files and the problem stems from the short stimulus durations.
This is a limitation in FEAT, and so I would recommend that you either (a) increase the durations - something like a minimum of 0.6 seconds should work; or (b) perform the convolution outside of FEAT and import the result using the 1-column format. The differences in the convolved waveform shape with very small changes in stimulus duration (e.g. +/- 0.2 seconds) will be very minimal, so I think that option (a) would be fine in practice. We will look into making things more flexible in future, but for now you’ll need this kind of work-around.
All the best,
Mark
