A housing organisation in South London is recruiting for a newly-created post to spearhead the development and implementation of information governance strategy across the organisation.
As Corporate Information & Records Manager you will develop and maintenance robust and effective policies, procedures, systems and processes to ensure good information management practices are embedded across the organisation.
With strong backing from all executive staff you will liaise with information champions and other staff across the organisation (circa 500 staff), building strong relationships with all departments in order to engender an appreciation of the need for good records and information management.
You will also provide specialist advice and training on data protection, information rights, confidentiality and information security.
Playing a leading role in all matters of information security and information governance, focus will be on raising awareness, training and driving forward and achieving delivery of improvements across the whole organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in setting information strategy in a green-field context. The client is seeking someone with a clear track record in strategy development, rolling out systems and procedures, and advising on information security.
Salary £40,911 - £43,584
