As you may know, Techniquest runs Science Alliance Cymru, a regular meeting for those interested in or working in engagement with STEM in Wales to discuss issues of relevance.

The next Science Alliance Cymru meeting will be on Thursday 9 October, from 5 to 6:30 pm at Techniquest. Refreshments will be served from 5pm.
The speakers are:
Professor Julie Williams, Chief Scientific Advisor for Wales. A world-leading researcher on Alzheimer’s disease, Professor Williams will be discussing Science in Wales.
Bruce Etherington, Engagement Manager, Cardiff University. Bruce will be telling us about the RCUK-funded School University Partnership Initiative, and how other Science Alliance Cymru members can get involved.
There will also be an update on the Cardiff Science Festival.
