No, there is no need for labels in the 3D rendered view, as it is always adopting the common convention that it is viewed as if it were a real object (i.e. a real brain). So you can figure out what it is by looking at it. The labels are only necessary for the 2D views as you cannot tell if you are viewing it from one side or the other side (e.g. from in front or from behind for a coronal view).
