Hi
Re personal resilience training... I got a quote from Robertson Cooper which was good value and their free I resilience questionnaire that all can do beforehand links nicely with the workshop content.
However some suppliers concentrate on stress rather than the tools and understanding of what steps to take to build resilience and if your employees are already hopefully well versed with stress signs etc it's a shame to have most of the workshop about this.
Capita are good and there are independant suppliers too. Can send slides from workshop just let me know....

It may have wider importance in future with the launch of the national fit for work service and Scottish equivalent, the involvement of OH practitioners in assessments for work function in relation to moving individuals from benefits and into work and more broadly the need to asses fitness to work within organisations.
