CLARIN colleagues in Norway have drawn my attention to this opportunity:
http://www.forskningsradet.no/en/Newsarticle/Funding_for_British_partners_in_Norwegian_projects__and_viceversa/1254000392704/p1177315753918
(although it doesn't seem to have made the news on this side of the
North Sea yet). It could be a very interesting opportunity to make use
of existing contacts and collaborations particularly in the domain of
English Corpus Linguistics, and now Norway has joined CLARIN as an
Observer, and in Bergen they have revamped ICAME as Corpuscle
(http://clarino.uib.no/korpuskel/page), which some of us saw Knut
Hoflund demoing this at the ICAME conference in Nottingham earlier this
year.
Best wishes,
Martin
